Best story I’ve read all day. What I love most about it is that she co-opts the logic of states that allow gay marriage but also respect the rights of specific churches that don’t want to perform same-sex unions. By that logic, NO OFFICIAL should be forced to perform marriage ceremonies if the act violates their own personal set of ethics. I hope Parker starts a trend.
